Marsha competed June 8, 2002 at the 3rd Annual 2002 Muscle Mania Nation's Capitol & Fitness American Pageant. She took 2nd Place in the Women's Senior Grand Masters Division.
Marsha competed in the Eastern Seaboard Body Building Contest
at the World Congress Center on Saturday, May 12, 2001.
She placed 5th in Open Women's Middle Weight.
Marsha is on the far right, white hair and lime green suit.
"I've been running and working out for over 20 years, but running was in the forefront all this time. It wasn't until I turned 50 that I decided to get serious about body building. I hired a trainer in January and began a program. I was not supposed to compete until September. It usually takes 9 to 12 months to get ready for competition, but Wes and I just wanted to test the waters so I entered the May 12th event. I do hope to do one more competition before the end of the year, just for fun. TO 50 AND BEYOND!!"
