Billy traded his high school uniform for an United States Air Force uniform
and will PROUDLY retire with 21 years of service in April 2001.
He has 6, that's right, count them, S-I-X kids!
Three are in college.

(Billy, with three kids in college, how can you even think about retiring?
You should be looking for a second job, dude!)
